During our stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of hotel facilities available, including a relaxing hot pools area. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the easy transportation options available, with a bus stop located right outside the hotel's door. The hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily hop on buses to explore this city and nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service with a smile and offering useful tips on popular hiking trails and local breakfast options.

All was perfect.

Breakfast was filling, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The room had a great view of the mountains and was cozy. The location was convenient as it was close to the ski slopes and various shops.

The towels in the room were old and scratchy. The sheets were gritty and didn't feel fresh. The sloping floors made us feel dizzy and unsteady while walking around the room. The wall heating system was outdated and noisy, which made it hard to sleep at night. The hot tub was overcrowded, and we didn't have any space to enjoy it. it was not the best Thanksgiving vacation.

The hotel had a decent location - close to a few restaurants and a small grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with fresh fruit and waffles. The hot tub was warm and relaxing after a day of skiing.

The room was quite old with some visible wear and tear. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The one elevator was a hassle, especially during peak times. the hotel lacked a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance.

The location was stunning for what I needed. The place was set about 10 minutes walk from the downtown.

This hotel is located near the mountains, allowing guests to enjoy hiking and scenic views. The facilities are well-maintained, including a gym and spa. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, and breakfast is included in the price.

While the hotel provides a comfortable stay, the noise level can sometimes be disruptive.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff serving was friendly. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient as it's close to the heart of Banff. The parking was easy to access too, and the elevators were not too far away from our room.

The walls were too thin, and we could hear people from the adjacent rooms and even from the hallway. The beds were uncomfortable and seemed old. Plus, we found hair in the bathroom which was very disgusting. The worst thing was the party that went on till 4 am on thanksgiving, which was really annoying. We couldn't even call the front desk as the phone was not working properly.

The breakfast was healthy with a warm protein, meats plus scrambled eggs, the staff was caring.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was fab. This hotel had a central position close enough to downtown. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Had a comfortable stay out of service during my stay. The location was marvellous, for example, a Catholic church was within walking distance of the hotel. And the area was great, just next door to the chili's restaurant as well as downtown. The breakfast was included.

Fabulous food selection, I do recommend!

The suite is airy with a king bed, a bedroom and laundry.

The location was magnificent, close to Whiskey Creek. The hotel was in a good area. My queen room was airy with keyed lockers. Generous breakfasts with a warm protein like scrambled eggs, meats and scrambled eggs, everyone could try something new.

Accommodating staff who cared about me. It was impeccably clean, comfy room. The bed was comfortable, I slept well.

It had a marvellous location - near Whiskey Creek. I loved the busy area. I had really nice days staying at this party hotel.

Had the suite and it was impressive and amazing in the living space. They had an easy check-in. The staff were caring and efficient and the location was incredible on buses around Banff.
